SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping — $12.95 (3-5 business days)
  • Standard Shipping — Free for orders over $99 (3-5 business days)
  • Express Shipping — $17.95 (1-2 business days)

Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to Australia Post or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au.

Damaged or Lost Parcels Lumanic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lumanic.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
